Transportation services at Islamabad Campus are designed to enhance accessibility, promote sustainability, and improve the overall campus experience for members of the university community. We pride ourselves in maintaining one of the largest fleet of vehicles, ensuring the safety and comfort of all CUI stakeholders. Our service cover 19 different routes in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

Guidelines for Students Transport Registration

Please read and follow the guidelines given below before transport registration:

  • Service on First-Come First-Serve Bases:Transport registration is limited and to be offered on “First-Come, First-Serve” basis. Further, the seat availability in buses will also be on “First Come – First Serve” basis during travelling.
  • Online Registration:Students may get registered online through their student portal accounts available at https://cms.comsats.edu.pk:8083/ by visiting “Transport Link”. The online registration will be closed once the total seats are filled.
  • Route Selection:Please select your required route number & pick & drop point from the given “Transport Routes Plan” Buses will pick up and drop off the students at pre-defined routes, pick & drop points & timing schedule. No request of any change will be considered.
  • Transport Fee:Fee challan form will be uploaded at student portals after online transport registration. Payment can be made at any branch of HBL or Allied Bank via online banking transaction or personal cash deposit to CUI account.
  • Fee Waivers and Instalments: Options for fee waivers or payment in instalments are not available as per CUI policy.
  • Bus Card: Bus card will be issued after payment of transport fee. The students need to ensure that their pictures are timely uploaded/updated on their portals.
  • Cancellation of Registration & Fee Refund:The students who want cancellation of transport registration and fee refund, will be required to apply within 10 days timeline of their fee deposit. Late applications will not be entertained for transport fee refund.
  • Discipline & Code of Conduct: Any act of misconduct, indiscipline, criminal and social evils will result in cancellation or suspension of transport privileges for the student found guilty.

Conduct During Travel: Engaging in activities such as smoking, loud noise, shouting, playing music, fighting, using vulgar language, cheating or forgery or misbehaving with transport staff may result in cancellation or suspension of transport privileges.

· Rs.5,000/-(Remaining 02 Days)

Cancellation of Registration & Fee Refund

The requests for cancellation of transport registration and fee refund will be entertained with due timeline specified as “within 10 days of fee deposit”. Late requests of students will not be considered. Further, the students already issued with the Bus Cards, will have to return the cards to the Transport Office to process their fee refund requests.

Till 3rd Week of Commencement of Classes. The cards will be issued by Transport Office.

No Charges (Fee of Cost)

Duplicate Bus Cards Issuance Fee

In case of lost Bus Cards, the student will get duplicate card by writing an application to In-charge Transport and after submission of affidavit for card lost along with payment of fine of Rs.500/- via challan issued by Accounts Department.
