Submission of Missing Documents

All newly enrolled students in Spring-2020 Semester are advised to submit their NOC/ Migration Certificate along with following missing documents as per details mentioned against each in the attached lists. Documents are required to submit at Registration Office.

Important Notes / Instructions

All documents must be attested by the gazetted officer(duly signed and stamped).
The Undertaking is required on valid stamp paper, issued only on student's own name and CNIC (stamp paper issued to someone else is not acceptable).
Every student must submit original NOC / Migration certificate issued by the previous concerned educational Institution/ Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE)/ University as applicable.
Scanned/ obscured copies of documents would not be accepted.
