Prof. Dr. Saleem Farooq Shaukat, Director COMSATS Sahiwal presided over 2^nd joint meeting of Steering Committees and Conveners of Sub Committees of Convocations and Student Week Activities.

The said meeting was attended by all Head of Departments and Conveners of different committees constituted for smooth arrangement of mega event i.e. Convocation of COMSATS Sahiwal.

The agenda of meeting was to discuss arrangements to be made for forthcoming Convocation and Student Week.

The chair desired that both events must be arranged in an excellent and momorable way. The chair asked all Committees heads to start working for smooth arrangement of both events.
